Check how to connect a thermostat to your boiler (or any other compatible system) in the user manual
- 1. Identify the wires and terminals for the boiler (or any other compatible system): phase (usually dark, black, brown, red etc.) and neutral (usually blue). These terminals are sometimes labelled with the letters L-N / P-N.
- 2. Identify the control terminals for the boiler (or other compatible system). If you are replacing a thermostat, simply locate the wires it's connected to. If this is a first-time installation, the terminals are sometimes labelled with the letters Ls-Lr, or TA, RT, 3-4 (or OT if you have an OpenTherm boiler).
